Constitutional amendment that prohibits heirs, spouses and siblings of Presidents from being eligible for the Presidency for at least 20 years.

Seriously, this is how we got in this mess. The idiot son of a former VP and President used Poppy's infrastructure and connections to grab power that he cannot properly handle. We are seeing the results of an "elected" Monarchy - where privilage and heritage trumps intelligence and competence.
