4. I went to the site & clicked on

the 2004 report, but it wouldn't come up. It's a PDF file. I really want to donate, but will not unless I know exactly what percentage is going to the fund & what percentage goes to overhead.

I called their 800 number & they said they would get back to me. If anyone here can successfully click on the report & let me know the percentages I'd be more than happy to donate.

The pictures of the poor dogs on the roof just about broke my heart.
