c-span 2- A House econ meeting is ongoing- When Barney began talking, he apologized for breaking some rule by quoting from a report this morning when he wasn't supposed to-

He said "I apologize. It was my fault. It wasn't the fault of anyone on my staff. It wasn't George Tenet's fault. It was entirely my fault. I apologize."

This guy is WONDERFUL. Now into dry economic horrors- But he really slammed Bush with his "apology".
