Even if they set up a tent city for them on higher ground. Much longer there in NO and disease will start to claim people lives. Toxic flood water is double deadly!

The bugs, snakes, gators and disease, on top of hunger, thirst and totally unsanitary surroundings, would soon all team up on those poor people and cause hell on earth, there in NO.
