It could be viewed that his entire tenure, and everything to do with his oath of office is illegal.

It is illegal because the elections were fraudulent, and the Supreme Court Justice was corrupt.

Therefore if we ever get off our asses and get the FBI involved, we might be able to remove the whole lot of them. On account of universal criminal activity and breaching or trouncing the constitution for selfish gain.
