3. The sad thing here is the indifference shown by Boosh to the poor.
Or maybe it is a good thing he stayed away from NO.

4. Cannot agree. You're being unreal in this.
I'll start with he lied his butt off to get us into a war, people were swayed, and he should pay for lying. As we know, there is a lot more.

8. I'm not blaming Bush for all of the disasters...
...I'm just saying that he will forever be remembered for the disasters that happened while he was in office and for not much else.

10. I think what you are trying to say
is that his era will be remembered as a time when things in the world were bad in general, and I certainly agree with that.

There have been 8 year eras in the past though where there was huge worldwide disasters occuring at an alarming frequency. What makes his era special is its the first of this type in the media age, the age of the 24 hour news cycle. This makes it of huge importance.

100 years ago a disaster striking Indonesia and killing many thousands of people would have gotten scarce attention in the press here. So different times for sure

12. Oh, I don't know
Clinton had OK City, first WTC, Embassy bombings, Atlanta bombing, that Japanese Subway sarin attack, Mississippi 500 year flood, Elian, and I don't know what else. All Presidents have problems to deal with. I'd say the Tsunami is the only one that was truly bizarre, and Bush didn't do a hell of a lot to respond to it anyway.

14. Bushler is the end of America as a democracy
The neocons know they're going to prison if they let go, and walking off with trillions if they hang on by any means necessary. "Any means necessary" means turning the country into a military dictatorship. 2006 is likely to be just massive election fraud, but 2008 will have to be likewise, and when people are sufficiently enraged by that, they'll abandoned the pretense of democracy.

18. they already executed a coup d'etat in 2000 and faked the 2004 election
I don't see them having any trouble rolling over the Constitutional system of government in its entirety.
