Do you think we are coming to the end of the Bush dynasty?
I don't think Jeb will have a chance in hell. Perhaps George W. has bought us an end to the dynasty.

1. What about George P?
While there may be a gap, he is mentioned as a up and comer.

15. He's a PNAC charter member and they own the
voting machines; the campaign for global domination will continue. It is easy math, unless there is a revolution that is the way it is gonna be.

With no vote reform, why bother voting.

13. Yes
as long as they control the vote counting they'll retain control and power. It may be too late to undo.

18. Gotta agree with you there.
And paper ballots alone won't cut it, IMHO. We also need to see the GEMS software that tallies the optically-scanned ballots.

7. What's the difference?
Bush is just a name(especially GW). The whole corporate/political/religious movement is what needs to be worried about. They didn't invest billions over the last few decades to just fade away because George W. Bush might not be President in 2008.

12. My sentiments exactly. Bush is just a temporary tool for all the
right wing nuts and fundies pulling his strings.

8. If there's non crooked voting? No way in hell people will choose more of
this, even with the 30 percent full on Koolaid drinkers.

Of course what we fear is that they've stolen control of the whole machinery, and there will not be an electoral method of removal anymore.

In such an instance it really wouldn't matter if they chose a Bush or anyone else. It'd probably suit them better to pick someone not from that family to make continuing democracy look a little more "plausible", unless the actual vanity of the Bush family precluded them doing this.

11. August 14, 2005: Smooth Talker Of Bushes Is Jeb, Except . . .
Published Sunday, August 14, 2005

Smooth Talker Of Bushes Is Jeb, Except . . .

One noticeable difference between Gov. Jeb Bush and his brother President George W. Bush is their practice of public speaking.

While books filled with the president's malapropisms and gaffes have been published, Gov. Bush is generally erudite on his feet.

Unless the topic is, as he calls it, "the fish people."

Asked about a vote on fishing restrictions in the Florida Keys that was before the Florida Cabinet last week, Bush attempted to say he was relying on the guidance of the "Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission."

His answer was a bit different: " problem ought to be better determined by the, uh, whatever the Fish Commission's called. I can never, seven years on the job, and I still can't remember the full name. The fish people."

19. how do you propose this be done again?
They don't need to declare martial law; they have effectively instituted martial law with an interlocking series of legislative acts that are far more difficult to reverse than a formal declaration thereof.

They don't need to get re-elected. The elections are all rigged.

They don't need to concern themselves with civil unrest. They have REX 84 and if they were able to imprison 21 million "on demand" in 1987, only 7 years after they started, odds are they are ready for 100 million now.
