but when I created this pic, which was originally just a component of the other, I laughed the ENTIRE time I worked on it. The guys at BartCop thought it was funny too, so they slapped it on page one that day... I guess that means I am "published."

I have some ideas about displaying my work, but I want to compose some music (I'm really a musician trying to be a scientist... or vice versa. I get confused about who I am) to go along with a presentation. If I wasn't so broke and I had a full version of Photoshop, among other goodies for my iMac loaner computer, there's a LOT of cool stuff I could create... I wish I had connected friends in the entertainment industry ... but, I'm supposed to be a grad student for another eternity or two. I keep forgetting that.

I guess I should get back to doing these regressive analysis and correlation problems (statistics class) since I have a final in a few days. It sure is fun to get distracted here at DU and make my pix.

Laughing is a HUGE release during stressful times. Think of the last funeral you went to... All I know is that your stuff - side line that it is - makes me laugh and releases some of the stress around these very difficult issues... Laughing allows me to think more clearly.

I think you should at least send Skinner an email proposing a collaboration on 'Best of DU' that you could include your stuff in. It would be good for marketing the site and good for you.

25. Can I make a small comment re: voter v. election fraud?

I got reprimanded not too long ago about that because one of my t-shirt designs said "voter fraud". I changed it to appease the person who asked me, but the more I thought about it, the more I disagreed. Well, at least I can really see it being either way.

For example, when someone says "child molestation" they don't mean children are molesting anyone. Same for "bank heist," or "elder abuse."

Voter fraud can just as easily mean "the defrauding of voters" by having your friends at Diebold rig the results, or your brother in Florida pull some strings.
