Roberts sounds like a BFEE sort of judge. Just enough idelogy to keep the Fundies in line, but mostly there to support corporate "personhood".

He is exactly the guy we should have expected. This is about money and making sure certain people will get more and more. If the fundies get a few laws that makes them think The U.S. is closer to God, that's just a side benefit.

If women become a bit more regulated and second class....well thats OK, the rich wives and daughters will get to do what they want anyway.
