It's time for Bush administration power broker Karl Rove - and others in the White House - to come clean about his role in the 2003 outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame.
The 18-month investigation into that leak made headlines last week when New York Times reporter Judith Miller was jailed for refusing to reveal her source to investigators. Time magazine writer Matthew Cooper, facing the same threat, said he'd testify because his source had released him from a pledge of confidentiality.
