Last night someone posted that since Republican put up so little of a fight over Ginsburg, Democrats should not put up a fight over this guy. At that time the Republicans were in the minority. Also they used other ways to stop Clinton's nominees. In addition, the stoped many of Clinton's other nominees. Finally, at that time they may have felt that they could not filibuster this nominee in that they were filisbustering so much of Clinton's other agenda items.
