Democrats planted the fake yellowcake documents
It was all part of the Wilson/Plame Democrat conspiracy to bring down the President by making his yellowcake intel look bad.

They're totally out of control. What will they come up with next?

7. I found the site the repuke mentioned
Here is the quote. "Yes, there were fake documents relating to Niger-Iraq sales. But no, those forgeries were not the evidence that convinced British intelligence that Saddam may have been shopping for "yellowcake" uranium. On the contrary, according to some intelligence sources, the forgery was planted in order to be discovered — as a ruse to discredit the story of a Niger-Iraq link, to persuade people there were no grounds for the charge."

8. The forged documents were stolen from Italy.... where they apparently
store forged documents. The CIA found out about the break in at the Italian office the documents were stolen from - the document 'surfaced' and they then informed Cheney about the break in -he then said 'look into it' and that is the basis of why Wilson was asked by the CIA to go to Niger to check into the rumor - I just want to know who broke in and stole these forged documents. There are a lot more than this one, btw

15. Well, she never said exactly which building in Italy store these forged
document that were stolen - so ya, gotta give it to you there for my choice of words. I don't have many posts so most people think I'm a lurker so I get paranoid.

18. Well unless Randi Rholes was lying on the air today that is exactly
why Cheney asked the CIA to go to Niger - there were the reports about the yellowcake and then Cheney was told by the CIA 'No, thats not true - that report came from a forged document that was stolen from an Italian 'agency' (where many forged docs were stolen) so Cheney said 'check this out' and the CIA sent Wilson. That's the story and actually Randi isn't the first one to report it but the most popular 'mainstream' person that did report it
