WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham, R-Calif., who is under investigation for his dealings with a defense contractor, will not seek re-election.

The Dukester is a liability and is being dumped.

Hopefully by 2006 the Duke is sitting in a jail cell.
