It's not just Bush - it's the entire Republican Party...
The Repubs accuse Democrats of hating George W Bush. Democrats are too partisan, they say. Well, it's not just George W Bush that we hate. It's the entire Republican Party and everything they portend to stand for. They are a threat to our standard of living and to the welfare of our nation. So long as one of them is still in office, our nation should be under terrorist alert. They have put winning and their Party above all - even the survival of our nation. They do not deserve to be in power at all, let alone be in the majority. They should all be sent back to their respective districts with their traitorous tails between their cowardly legs, in my opinion...

1. It's not only Shrub for sure, but it's not the entire Party either.
The current problem is the NOISY ones are the radicals, and that's the only ones you hear. I personally don't want ALL Dems in power either! I was pretty happy when the power was split. Sure, they didn't gte a whole lot done, but they didn't do much damage either!

I think the thing that bothers me the most right now is that even the Pubs who disagree with Shrub won't say anything. There seems to be a glimmer of hop, now that he can't be re-elected, and I've heard at least a little dissent in the house and senate to support the voters instead of 100% aliance with the WH.

clear and present danger to our individual and collective survival and the survival of all life on the planet as well.

And this is not an extreme statement. It is a documentable fact.

8. Who the hell are THEY to describe anyone's opinions as TOO ANYTHING?
Where is the arbitrarily defined scale of political opinion that we all signed up to before we began all these political discussions that we're turning our backs on? Where is the internationally agreed standard? Where is the treaty that the left signed with the right agreeing not to become too partisan? What the Hell, in fact are they TALKING ABOUT?

Oh, yes. The inside of their own heads, as usual.

Well, when they are discussing with us matters of fact and how this should impact on policy our interpretation of the facts will be based on our education and experience not some nebulous, meaningless arbitrary scale as defined by THEM.

"You've said too many left wing things today, your quota on Sundays is 5" GMAFB, FFS!

They are the party that tears up treaties, not the left. They are the ones who compare people not wanting Christian dogma rammed down their throars with those rounding up jews, homosexuals, socialists and blacks and KILLING THEM (I am gay, so you can guress who unbelievably ofensive I find that one) because of some percieved "persecution" Christianity (exposing weaknessness in their arguments is persecution, apparently, on a par with being rounded up and gassed).

These pathetic spinelsss people with all the moral strength of a used condom should take a DAMN GOOD LOOK AT THEMSELVES.
