Stupid question regarding Scamdy
Please don't flame me if you think we shouldn't do this. It is simply an idea. Do we dare try to get anyone in the media involved with this after Andy's family and friends have had a chance to grieve? I want nothing more than to bury the sick fucks who did this. Public on air humiliation would be a good start. A message board rivalry between political activists should never, ever have reached the level that these "people" took it to. Obviously there aren't a lot of media types who are worth a shit, but I would think this is a story that should be aired to expose those who did this. Let me reiterate, I would not want to do this if Andy's friends and family were against doing it, or until they have had enough time to deal with their loss and then agreed to become involved.

Thanks

1. I say no
because as you know, doing this would be wrong, even though there will be a lot of support for it.

9. Have you read all of nothingshocksmeanymore's
posts in Will's thread? I found them fascinating. Since, she is a lawyer and has a very good grasp of the facts and is not basing her knowledge on old grudges, hurt feelings and distortions as found on those other sites (which you admit to reading), I thought you might find them fascinating. I hope you take the time to read them all and let them sink in.

People are taking this serious. If you want grudges to be put to rest, well, practice what you preach. :hi:

10. Lets so, it's wrong to fight voter fraud...
Wrong to use the courts and media to fight against those that harm you. Are you sure you are really interested in politics beyond just trivial conversation?

3. Maybe. Unless someone comes up with a more effective remedy
it may be our only way of preventing these psychopaths from doing this same type of thing again to other innocent people.

These psychos should be arrested for some crime like "conspiracy to commit murder", or "attempted manslaughter".

Unfortunately, it may be difficult or impossible for the justice system to take the necessary actions to protect our society from these vicious lunatics.

So whatever legal, constructive, non-violent action that we can take to prevent these psychos from hurting other innocent folks is totally warranted to my way of thinking.

5. I've seen enough law and order episodes
to know that Reckless endangerment could apply here. The burden would be to prove that these shitheads knew he was really sick and did it anyway.

6.  Definitely something that should be considered in the future.
If an excellent investigative journalist told the story well, it could perhaps do some good. But yeah, some time down the road, not now.
