We thought that there would be another "terrorist" attack, but it wouldn't be as bad as 9-11 and it wouldn't be on our home territory. Many of us thought that maybe an American target on foreign soil would be blown up, but we were wrong about that detail.

air traffic. I seem to recall that there were at least two threads about high traffic of millitary planes over Edwards base last night and other, before this happened. Wonder if that has anything to do with this.

25. I took a long bike ride here in San Diego yesterday...

and noticed not 1 but 2 coast guard helicopters hovering over Shelter Island as I rode that part of my route. I never see those in that part of the bay. Probably just coincidence but it was strange. Lot of military out here but you get used to where the normal flight patterns are usually. Peace.
