Sad. There are still people trapped underground.
No one has any idea how many casualties there are. They can't reach many people who are in the tube.

1. A tube train driver has texted a London radio station saying
that there was an explosion on an underground train, and there was nothing left of the first carriage.

Not possible yet to confirm whether or not that is accurate. Sounds less and less like a "power surge".

2. My heart goes out to the injured, the casualties and their loved ones
I hope the numbers are as low as possible.
