Need a link! Bush saying link betwen 9/11 & Saddam!

Where can I find a link where Bush made this comment? I am now being told that Bush NEVER said there was a link between 9/11 & Saddam!

Someone posted the IWR. It has the closest statement that 9/11 and Saddam were connected. Turns out he was doing a switcheroo. Here's an article that explains it.

I don't think Bush ever said it directly, like in one sentence, but when you give speeches that basically go:
