canadian same-sex vote NOW

I'm watching the vote by the Canadian parliament on whether to legalize same-sex marriage across the country. It's at cpac.ca

There was a vote on something that failed by a small margin, but now they're voting again. Sounds like it's the Bloc that's being polled now.

Can someone please tell me what's going on?

was on a motion to chuck the whole thing out.

The vote for gay marriage is nearly over.

2. They are voting on the bill now

They do all the yeas first then the nays. I think the vote before was on an amendment. At the end, the speaker will announce the result.

It is such a relief to finally see the vote go through!! It was expected but you just never know till it is done.
