Bush "Wellwishers" Endure Uncomfortable Photo-Op >>>

What he puts people through whenever he requires an admiring audience as backdrop!

A little boy reacts as other wellwishers brave the powerful blast of rotor wash from Marine One when U.S. President George W. Bush took off from the South Lawn of the White House in Washington, June 28, 2005. President Bush will try to shore up wavering support for the Iraq war on the first anniversary of Iraq's sovereignty, with an address to the nation on Tuesday night from the military base at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, telling Americans it is essential to keep fighting to stabilize Iraq despite the prospect of more bloodshed. 1. Nothing unnatural about noise and wind when an aircraft is taking off.
What's the point?

2. Two Thoughts
A) Nobody forced them to be there.

B) Check out the demographic makeup of the crowd (which will be very different tonight). People should reconsider their criticisms of Howard Dean.

Don't worry kid, your parents hero, Dubya, will leave his mark on your future.

Might as well get used to blasts of wind from military aircraft. You'll be seeing a lot of them close up in Iraq.

11. No eyes may look upon the King
Remember the last inaugural? Marching bands and the like were instructed NOT to make eye contact with Him.

15. 2nd pic doesn't fit.
Edited on Tue Jun-28-05 02:48 PM by Ready4Change
1st pic: Bush getting onto Copter on White House lawn. Marine (white) saluting.

2nd pic: Bush getting onto something. Large jet in background. (So clearly not WH lawn anymore. Assume he's boarding Air Force One at Andrews?) White and Black military personel saluting. (Air Force?)

3 pics: People with greenery in background affected by helicopter propwash. Appears likely to be back at WH lawn.

Now, why insert a pic of Bush boarding AF1 at a location separate from the WH, well wishers, and propwash?

Oh yah. Needed to find a non-white guy somewhere.

It was on the same Yahoo page as the others - looked sequential to me:
