He won't be leaving anytime soon, all they need to do is get Halliburton out of their and I bet this administrations concerns for the war would be nill. I bet we would be pulling out of their a lot quicker then. Kind of the same concept if you take the nicotine out of cigarettes, no one would smoke them. BushCo isn't leaving until all the money he can make is going to be made. Plain and simple.
