Every single person who thinks the 10 Commandments should be displayed...
on government property should be struck with lightning for every commandment they have broken. Wonder how few would be left standing.

1. Next time you meet somebody who supports it...
ask them if they can recite the ten commandments off the top of their head. I'll bet most of them can't.

6. I just ask them for the first three
problematic commandments, you know, the establishment commandments. They're usually stonkered.

These fools haven't read the whole list since they were children. They've completely forgotten those first 3 commandments forbid other religions and also forbid the graven images like ten commandments monuments.

It seems the easiest way to be religious is to be utterly ignorant of what actually constitutes the religious heritage.

Some people choose the harder way, that of knowing their heritage fully and putting it into daily practice. Alas, they appear to be a minority.

3. Ask them how many of the commandments are reflected in US law
when they say our law is based on the 10c's.

5. The hypocrites want them displayed....not followed
Following them would mean them not being displayed....since for far too many the symbols of religion have been placed above (before) the God of their religion(Commandment #1). Which causes me a good laugh, I must admit. I do so enjoy the irony.

9. When a symbol becomes the God, it's 1
...and when hypocrisy becomes the God (and for the theocrats it has)but yes, 2 applies as well.

12. Yep
It's becoming idol worshipping. And if you think about it the Ten Commandments were given to Moses who was a Jew. Christ wasn't around then (obviously) so this isn't a Christian thing.
