You cannot put Fascism as a left cause given that the individual has no rights. Euthanasia Initiative was basically kill the disabled, that is neither left, right, or center. Hitler persecuted churches on both sides of the isle.

This is really an ignorant post. The hard right fascists and sub-set, Nazis, were hardly or remotely interested in the individual or respect for humanity. I find this really offensive because of its ignorance and because of the confused parallels you draw. Totally uncool.

The ONLY reason Operation Iraqi Liberation was launched was to enrich Bush's largest campaign contributors. And one could argue that most if not all wars are started for economic reasons. Desert Storm had its genesis because Bush the Elder's friends in the Kuwaiti oil monopoly were slant-drilling the al-Rumaila oil field (which isn't in Kuwait) and the Iraqis let them know how they felt about that. Vietnam was about rubber. Not sure of the economic geneses of Korea or the two world wars, but I know there's something in there. The American Revolution was all about taxation, the Civil War about too-cheap labor, and the Indian wars were land grabs.

But really, the only way someone could stand up and say Hitler was a leftist with a straight face is if they were farther to the right than Hitler was. We're starting to see those people now.
