Bush says "hope is an answer to terror"

This happened in March 2002, I don't know where I was. He created the Millenium Challenge Corporation, a $5 billion aid account. But he says in that speech "We fight against poverty because hope is an answer to terror." What??? This is exactly the opposite of what he's been saying for the last two years. Patty Murray takes a bashing for saying the exact same thing!!! Let people know what Bush really thinks about terrorism. They don't hate us because of our freedoms, they hate us because they're in poverty and have no hope! (Looks like the looney liberals were right again)

I would love for every one of his warmongering buttkissers to know that while he was shoving everybody off to war for the sake of God and country, he was secretly saying the complete opposite. What the hell does he really think?

(you and I know he doesn't give a rats ass about poverty, but his followers would be quite interested to know he's giving money to those foreigners while pretending terrorism is all about them hating us for our freedoms)
