How Can I convince someone Bush LIHOP?

I'm not talking about just anybody. I'm talking about someone who has an open mind. Thsi person didn't even hear about the Downing Street memo til I mentioned it. Is there a website or link that gives all the reasons backing up Bush & his involvemnet with 911?

I was writing a new document, I was very proud of my Scamdy investigation, so I decided to make another. This one was about Bush and 9/11, but it hit me and I wasn't even truly started.

- Looked for a way to go to war with Iraq even before his Inauguration

- Executive Order 01-261 (Declaration of Martial Law if a Civil Disturbance or Natural Disaster happened. 9/7/01)
- Dekker's Flight School (promotion of)
- Dekker's Flight School (removal of documents from. 9/11/01)
- Member of PNAC

Edmonds, Sibel
- Said she saw documents that warned of Al Qaeda strikes upon America. John Ashcroft gagged her.

Harris, Katherine
- Dekkers Flight School (promotion of)
- Election Controversy which gave George W. Bush the Election

PNAC
- Pushed for conquest of Iraq even before Bush was President

Show them these words in the PNAC's "Rebuilding America's Defenses" (AKA - Bush Admin Policy Blueprint)

Rebuilding America's Defenses notes that "it will take a Pearl Harbor Like event" to galvanize support for the PNAC's policy. This document was published in 2000. Less than a year later, 9/11 happened, a Pearl Harbor like event.

bush's entire administration is either entirly criminally incompetant or they deliberately ignored signs that there was going to be an attack. I believe they did not realize how devastating the attack was going to be, but used it to collect power.

MIHOP = Made it Happen on Purpose

Basically the idea is that the Bush administration either knew what was going to happen on September 11 and passively allowed it to happen or that their role in it involved some real participation, like crashing planes and demolishing buildings.

In other words, LIHOP means he knew 9/11 (or something like it) was going to happen and did nothing to stop it. MIHOP means he took an active role in making it happen or allowing it to happen.

and he refused to read it. Cheney and Rice refused to read it, too. It was a 2 1/2 year bi-partisan study of terror and included URGENT PROPOSALS FOR HOMELAND SECURITY.

In early May 2001, angry Dems and Rs said they would hold hearings on the HartRudman Report to force action on it. Bush and Cheney talked the Rs out of it by promising their own report soon.

There was no report. Then 9-11.

evidence (to me) is the war games that were being conducted on 9/11
and the fact that there was NO jet response. In the year leading up to that date, military jets were scrambled 67 times-due to aircraft not responding, suspected hijackings etc. scrambled in 10-15 minutes (remember the golfer Payne stewart's plane?) Yet on Sept. 11, NO JETS
for an hour and a half!! NORAD had to be told to stand down by SOMEONE. some quotes

satellites), was conducting a "plane into building" scenario with the CIA
at the NRO's Virginia headquarters (near Dulles airport). This was not a
"terrorism" exercise, it merely tested the emergency response that would be

war games that managed to paralyze part of the air defense system,

Some key questions -- why didn't NORAD scramble like they
