11 consecutive floor votes?

And, OK, we weren't attacked here at DU...it just seemed that way.

In any case have got them in a seriously dire position, here. We have proof that these motherfuckers lied to start a war that has killed thousands of Americans, tens of thousands of Iraqis, soiled our good name, distracted us from tracking down those who really attacked us and wasted HUNDRED OF BILLIONS of dollars.

They are scared. They are really scared. And they should be. Because what they did was UNCONSCIONABLE.

1. Not to mention criminal
some of these folks realize they might be looking at some serious jail time in the not so distant future.

Likely. A D0S attack by image requests. Not the first time, either.

3. Unconscionable? More important, though, is...
it's impeachable.

7. Is It??
Well, we know that it is...but, with an overwhelming Repuke majority in both Houses...IS it impeachable??

I mean, we all know that if a personal affair, which killed no one...if THAT is impeachable, THIS SURE AS HELL IS IMPEACHABLE!! But again, I have to ask IS it impeachable? will enough Repukes grow enough of a spine to hold the commander in Theif accountable for his malfeasance, or not...that is the question. To which, I suppose, we shall have to wait and see.

17. These scared pig cowards are thinking about the upcoming elections
So they might "do the right thing" if they think it will save their seats in the house. That's the ONLY reason these skanks will agree to impeachment....if they do at all.The rats are already jumping ship on the war. I don't think the little bu$h kid can turn it around either. His "throne" is actually turning into a toilet, and we are going to FLUSH THAT BASTARD DOWN!!!

Flush him down, just like the little piece of shit he is!!

God-DAMN, I fucking HATE bush!! I can't WAIT till they finally impeach him!

what goes around comes around. I'm sick and tired of us Democrats playing nice-guy, and taking the high road, and being gracious losers. time to play THEIR brand of smash-mouth politics, and we stop at nothing until we bring down the whole goddamn evil fucking empire!

The future of our country depends on it!

32. As Iraq becomes more of a quagmire, with no end in sight
I wonder if some Republican Congresspeople might cross over, and be relieved to be able to say "I wouldn't have supported the war if I had known President Bush was fixing the intelligence."

Not all Republicans love Bush. And not all Republicans are happy seeing him destroying our military and recruiting more terrorists.

Didn't some Dems support Clinton's impeachment?

We need to work on peeling off a few Republicans - the ones who are more dedicated to a strong, safe America than to the war-profiteering of Bush and Cheney.

25. Yup.
I won't say I'm "scared shitless," but I'm wary. I've been wary--at this "anything could happen" level, anyway--since last August, when the Kerry victory seemed more plausible than ever.

we're doing-- we have to keep pressing on. No matter what. Life has never held any guarantees for any of us.

10. Scared?
Just because they run away with the gavel, shut off the microphones in an effort to make nobody hears any opposition voices, try to prevent them from having a meeting place, and then try to disrupt the meeting?

And from that you get that they are scared?

(Next they'll be sending the brownshirts from house to house putting their fingers in our ears)

11. I absolutely agree. Those people are drunk with power and
their house of cards is being threatened.

But that worries me. If they were sane people, it wouldn't.

But they're so far from being sane it isn't funny.

20. I don't know about shitless, but I experienced a LOT of weirdness
in a largely Republican grocery store I go to earlier tonight. I say largely Republican because most of its staff and customer base are voting Repubs, which is fine--the owners aren't (we're good friends). Usually, my Kerry button/pro-choice buttons are greeted with cool, disaffected "poor, dumb liberal" stares whenever I'm in there. Tonight? Tons of uncomfortable refusals to make or keep eye contact and vaguely ashamed blushing.

Bush will never outlive the hate he has inspired. He'll have to move in with Michael Jackson, cause it's the only security that will be able to protect him.
