The judge gave the Pentagon until June 30 to release them. These will not help Commander Coocoobananas and come at a time when the evidence of his lies and ineptitude are becoming apparent to many Americans.

Even some Republican congressman are peeling away. The bipartisan call for troop withdrawal. A few Republicans signed John Conyers letter. A provision against part of the patriot act was passed in the House. Stem cell research was passed in the house. SS private accounts are going nowhere and Bush approval ratings continue to drop. Gitmo is in the news, and people are beginning to understand how truly unamerican this administration is.
Even the compliant MSM is asking a few timid questions, testing the waters of dissent.

Barring another major "event," I hoping the tipping point has been passed.
