Perhaps the dems ought to begin to use impeachment of bush as a campaign promise in 2006. By then it could become a rather popular stand.

I think that horse is likely to backfire unless there's a strong enough groundswell of public outrage over things like Downing Street and the Tom DeLay's Scandal-a-thon.

Right now, it's far too early to tell where people will be next year - and just how well the right-wing will do at pushing back against all these allegations. They tend to bury their trash quite well.

2. No impeachment is not a partisan issue it is simply a search for the

truth. All law abiding citizens should support the impeachment of the cabal. CSPAN1 should cover it and when all the facts of their illegal immoral infidelity has been exposed. The country can vote for the correct side and et the radical right go to jail where they belong.
