"Republicans are white Christians" does not mean that "White Christians are Republicans."

Besides, he didn't say anything negative about white Christians. As he pointed out on the CBS Evening News last night, he is a white Christian.

I'm a white christian, but I am not a republican.
I'm not offended, but even if I were a repuglican (shudder) I'd recognize the truth in this statement. The republican party has always been, in my memory, the party of white people. and here lately its been zealously religious white people.

and the republican party itself is almost entirely white christian male people.

the truth is the truth.

They might go to church, but that really don't mean nothing, if they don't live the life! Hell, I can dress up a hog of a pet goat and take them to church too!

EDIT} Bush and his pals and enablers are Studio Christians!
