1. Gosh, that's a hard question to answer.
I vote no. Not that the Constitutions doesn't have it's flaws... but it's to sacred a document to diss.

It is against simple mob rule by enumerating inalieable rights which protect minorities and minority opinion, while at the same time enumerating rights to representation. It is what you could call a nuanced opinion on democracy.
