The RW - A collection of psychotic people
Symptoms of Narcissism

Reacts to criticism with feelings or rage, shame or humiliation - (We say their Judicial Nominees are unqualified and they fly into a rage saying that we are Persecutors of Christianity)
Takes advantage of others to achieve own goals - (See all those people that the 'christian' Right takes advantage of, such as the 'moral values' voters)
Self-important
Exaggerates achievements and talents
Preoccupation with fantasies of success, power, beauty, intelligence, or ideal love
Unreasonable expectations of favorable treatment - (They ONLY want a Corporate Theocracy, we have to give it to them, right? (Sarcasm))
Requires constant attention and admiration
Lacks empathy - (Ask Chelsea Clinton and John McCain's adopted daughter about this one)

1. You lost me here:
Lacks empathy - I get it.

(Ask Chelsea Clinton and John McCain's adopted daughter about this one)

What do you mean? What did I miss?

2. They attacked little girls
Chelsea was a constant target, but in one of the more famous cases Rush (on his failed TV show), started a segemnt on "the White House dog"... and up came 13-year old Chelsea's photo.

As for McCain's adopted daughter, she's (I think) Bagladeshi, but when McCain posed a challenge to Bush in the 2000 primaries, the Bush campaign (at arm's length) started a smear campaign, such as a push-poll asking if they knew about McCain's "black daughter" and if they still supported him?
