Can Someone Confirm Lieberman's Position on Bolton?
I heard from Joe Biden on one of the talking heads show last night (I think Hardball), that he is unsure of Senator Joe Lieberman (D-Fox News) as an opponent to Bolton's confirmation.

Even if he votes not to confirm, why the question? No other Democrat in the Senate is "on the fence".

LIEberman is such an Asshole, backstabbing piece of shit, that he is the only Democratic Senator who comes to mind when W. Bush needs a vote.

I guess someone had to take Zell's place, but did he have to come from a "Blue State"?

1. He could have been our Pres. If Gore had won, then died - Liberman would
be our man.

Wonder what Gore thinks of him now.

5. Are you saying that his support for Israel is because he's Jewish?
Be careful there.

9. I am sick and tired

of listening to apologists for Asshole Joe raising that anti-Semitic card.

for the record, I love senators Feinstein, Schumer, and I would marry Boxer. Feingold, the late Welstone, and on and on.

I'm a Catholic, but I don't shy away from criticizing the Pope if he deserves it.

Joe Lieberman is an Asshole, and I will travel to Connecticut to campaign against him in a Primary.

3. Remember that Lieberman has called the War on Iraq a Just War even
after the WMD pretext has been exposed, the tortures at Abu Ghraib have been opened up and Blair's duplicity has been exposed.

He is a sheep in sheep's clothing.

6. is joe lieberman a sort of go with the flow guy, i mean ...
he castigated clinton from the floor of the senate, no less, when it was popular to do so.

he sounded good ole democratic themes when Gore selected him as his running mate.

now that the bush marabunta have the reigns of power -- ole joe is sounding more and more like a marabunta himself, thus the question, is he a go along with the flow of power guy? does he have a self to stand on? any backbone?

11. At least since he's been in the senate, he's impressed me as a
waffler in a big way. I still haven't forgiven him for his very late vote on Clarence Thomas -- once it was safe and didn't matter anyway.

I've never been impressed with my jr. senator. I'm told he used to be a real fighter -- but I haven't seen it. Just a waffler, ready to blow with the wind.

7. I'm sure he LOVES him; whether that emerges as...
his "position" remains to be seen. He has a primary challenger. He'll probably vote present.

Yes... not having L as president or potential president is the sole silver lining to Bush v. Gore.

12. I Saw Biden on Hardball
and he was asked by the host how LIEberman stood on Bolton. Biden responded that he didn't know.

My point is, why is the question even asked. He didn't ask the position of any other Dem. Senator.

How could Biden not know on May 11th where Asshole Joe stands on Bolton.

Maybe the Asshole from Connecticut is still licking on Bush's face.
