I usually research bills through Thomas, which can sometimes be difficult to use. I just used for the first time a slick little tool.

the Thomas site can be a little daunting. This is wonderful. Honestly, C-Span gets the best part of my Dish Network money. Love them!

2. Caution - I question the accuracy of resolutions - use for reference only!

I have just found a substantial difference in a the Real ID resolution versions in CAPWIZ and THOMAS.

I'd use CAPWIZ for quick reference, but THOMAS when the "real deal" is needed.
