Question about judicial nominee Janice Brown

I heard on NPR that this judicial nominee is for unbridled corporate control with NO government interference. Would this mean that she is against zoning laws? If so, would that mean she would allow a liquor store, porno shop, or adult bookstore next door to a church? I'm trying to convince some folks that the Bush Administration is more intersted in corporate interests than interests of the people and I'd like to use this as an example, if it is correct.

1. You are right

She wants to go back to the days of Lochner v. New York in the early 1900s when minimum wage laws, for example, were held to be unconstitional as interfering with "freedom to contract" (i.e., freedom of corporations to take advantage of workers).

2. I'm wanting to use this as a wedge issue

to let rw fundies know that Bushco is really using them on this issue-I figure if I start out, "Do you know that one of the judicial nominees would ok a porno shop across from your church? And if you support the nuclear option it could really happen?"
