Ramblings from a Fristian
Hey everyone as you know I have young onset parkinson's. On our yahoo support page a Fristian left these comments. I wanted to know what you all think. Note 1) I had to edit some stuff there was alot of swearring on the board. Note2} while I feel anyone has a right to post anything on a public board I felt that it inappropriate to post something like this on a board for disabled people wanting a cure.
So any thoughts. The topic header that this person left was that Christians can't support stem cell research. Here is the body of the message.

________________________________________________________________
The pro abortion people are very anxious not to do away with embryonic stem cells research.

The last pole I heard about the number of Christians in the US was more like 90%, however they sure don't act like it. the fastest growing churches are the ones that require something from their parishioners. On the other side, Europe is becoming more atheist but since the European birth rate is sliding, and the Muslims increasing, it may soon become Muslim

1. His comments seem off-topic
Anything past the first sentence does not seem relevant to the board as you described it. The first sentence is only tangentially related. The writer is trying to intimidate anyone who wants stem cell research.
Does the board have rules, like keeping to the subject?

2. I dont want it erased
I am against censorship. I just thought it was in extreme bad taste too put something up in a support group. And the parts I left off were pretty strange. I mat be over sensitive though.

3. But don't they have to stay on topic?
Even if you don't censor him, can you email him and remind him to stay on topic? Repeated failures to honor the rules could result in banning him.

4. I am a diabetic,
and a Jimmie Carter/MLK Jr/Jim Wallis/Michael Lerner "Faith Based Leftie Liberal Progressive" -- and I support Embryonic Stem Cell Research.

And in my opinion - based on reading Scripture many many times and a life long study of Scripture (God's Bond to Humankind) - the "Faith Based Conservatives" are heretical blasphemers who routinely violate at least the Second ("Thou Shalt Have No Other Gods Before Me") and Third ("Thou Shalt Not Take The Name of The Lord Thy God In Vain"} Commandments. They worship false Gods or power and favor and pride and vanity and they take the Name of the Lord in vain.
