Happy Sausage Eating Day
No offense intended to Vegetarian DUers, but today is a day that I always enjoy a good sausage. Why? Because my taxes go to pay for, among other things (including bad things, unfortunately), the right to eat a sausage in safety (more or less). And there are times and places when that is not true. So having a sausage makes paying my taxes a little less painful by reminding me of why I do it.

2. Actually my favorite sausage is a good German Bratwurst
Although I also like Chicken with Apples sausage, particularly for breakfast or a Garlic Sausage.

4. Used to live in northern Indiana (many many many Polish people)
our grocery stores made their own fresh kielbasa..It was soooooo yummy.. I have tried to find fresh kielbasa everywhere we have moved, and have never found any as tasty:)

boil it beer..and then bake... yummmmmmmmmmm
