2. It was NEVER removed in the first place

If the "Right to Lifers" had read the Jeb's Guardian Ad Litem report, they would have found out the tube probably was not removed. In the two other times they "removed" the tube, all that was really done was the tube was clamped off. When the orders came down to start feeding her all they did was unclamp the tube. No major "operations" there.

Had Jeb's swat team moved in, all they would have had to do would have been unclamp the tube and start feeding water to her.
