Scalia & Sodomy
April 14, 2005 -- WHEN U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia spoke Tuesday night at NYU's Vanderbilt Hall, "The room was packed with some 300 students and there were many protesters outside because of Scalia's vitriolic dissent last year in the case that overturned the Texas law against gay sex," our source reports. "One gay student asked whether government had any business enacting and enforcing laws against consensual sodomy. Following Scalia's answer, the student asked a follow-up: 'Do you sodomize your wife?' The audience was shocked, especially since Mrs. Scalia was in attendance. The justice replied that the question was unworthy of an answer."

1. He he he he....
Good one kid...

Now hide.

I have a funny feeling Mrs. Scalia has felt 'unfulfilled'.

2. this question shocked them?
and yet some want to be able to make a law that asks the same thing. If Scalia thinks that is private information, maybe other people think it should be private information for them as well.

3. why is the question unworthy of an answer!?!?
that just pisses me off -- because in x number of years married -- of course he does!

oh my god conservative straights are reaching new lows when in frank conversation -- they can't justown up to their own humaness.

it's just about hate and political manuevering and nothing else.

hate for the ''religous'' and political maneuvering for the conservative non-believers.

7. Why is it unworthy of an answer Tony?
If it's the government's business what consenting adults do in their bedroom, you, as an officer of that government, should step up to the plate and answer the question.

What's the matter? Don't like people poking around in your private life?

8. Worst. Comeback. Ever.
"Unworthy of an answer". Dude, you've just been bested... quit dodging and "take it like a man".

Reminds me of a scene in the movie "John Q." in which a fella sitting in a hospital waiting room says to a girlfriend-beater something like "Fact is, you like to beat on that woman, and everyone in this room knows it."

Well Ant, you've just been shown to be a hypocrite, and all 300 people in the room could see it as plain as day.

9. also remember jerry falwell admitting he masturbated?
this was on Ron Reagan jr show back in the 80's...Falwel confronted Reagan and his 2 guests with this stiffnecked moral stuff regarding sex and Reagan then asked him 'do you ever masturbate jerry?' (Reagan and his guests admitted that they did, being normal human beings, so Falwell thus couldn't dodge the issue) Eventually Jerry admitted that yes he did occassionally masturbate (that's 'jerk off' for anyone doesn't know latin)!
btw, Falwell could and probably should have lied about it, but didn't. Possibly because in that forum a denial would not wash (after Reagan and both guests 'fessed up they committed the sin of 'onanism' (for those who speaketh no latin, that's masturbate) that is.
scalia must be a sodomite, as he's provably a nasty bugger.....
lol
