How much of an ASS will Chimpy make of himself at the POPE'S FUNERAL?
Edited on Mon Apr-04-05 09:33 AM by Beetwasher
Chimpy Will Go An Make Innapropriate Remarks and Fart Noises and give that satan salute that he loves so much. He talk about "pussy" with a Cardinal.

I'll bet he'll demand to be a pallbearer or something and knock down a couple of Bishops while running to squeeze through the door before the casket.

Cheney will come too and dress in jeans and a baseball cap.

The SS will have to put everyone through a metal detector and demand the nuns be frisked and give up their rosaries before entering the building.

Post your own predictions!

15. same here...
IF he goes (and I'm betting he's too cowardly to do it), the whole story will be about how the security requirements for our dictator will disrupt the entire event.

He isn't Catholic, he openly courts anti-Catholic institutions such as Bob Jones "University", and he's an empty warmongering vessel without a soul. It's like America sending the devil to the funeral. He has no business being there. He's only pandering to the handful of ultra-conservative Catholics in our country.

26. Me too
I'm ill at the thought of that media whore, trying to whore attention at the Popes funeral. If he had any real respect he'd stay home. But Bush is all about himself. The moran will probably be quoted comparing the Pope to Terri and the need to 9/11 activist judges in these troubled times. But the voting of the Cardinals warms his heart and shows freedom and democracy always win the day.

I understood that, although Chimp's (busy, busy) schedule is being shuffled around so that he & Pickles could attend, there has been no official invitation from the Vatican. I think it would be way cool if they were not wanted there!

It just seems unlikely that he is going to trust funeral decorum and the Swiss Guard to protect him from a heckling.

about politics as of about 5 yrs ago. She buys into the GOP crap and is working two crap jobs right now and is almost bankrupt. Still she refuses to see what is happening in this country right now similar to what some GOP types say that 9-11 was Clinton's fault or that the current economy is Clinton's fault, 5 yrs. after Clinton has been out of the picture.

I guess as long as shrub doesn't urinate on himself or vomit on someone (like his daddy did) we should consider ourselves lucky.

My brother will be going to Iraq in a couple of months. My gay friends are experiencing more hatred than ever before because of the relentless persecution by the rwc. Our precious natural resources are being raped as we speak.

87. we have been friends since freshmen in high school. We almost
stopped a few times because of politics (SHE ONCE SENT ME PORN PICTURES OF CLINTON AND THOUGHT IT WAS HILARIOUS...I DID NOT) until we made the agreement never to talk politics or anything approaching politics. But it is forced and I have to watch making statements about the deplorable state of the economy, health care, etc. She was one of the most liberal free-thinkers I ever knew and then somewhere along the line, when I thought she was having a bad day, it wasn't...the same crap about the Democrats screwing everything up kept coming through. It was fundie in intensity but she isn't religious.

The thing is you can't change them with rational discussion about an issue... that is the scary thing about this country right now. It is possibly like before the Civil War except there is no geographical division of thinking. I think she is still a wonderful and very smart person except she has hardened a lot about the suffering of others. She still takes in stray animals and can feel for their suffering but she has lost the capability of feeling for other humans as I guess she is suffering so much herself she can't worry about others. She used to have an income of 250,000/yr and is now down to about 30,000 /yr and driving old junk cars. If one more thing happens to her she may have to declare bankruptcy. She needs an eye operation and is afraid to take off work because if they fire her, no one else will hire her. She looks at it all as if the individual is responsible for hardships. I look at it and say if Bush doesn't put in laws to stop jobs from going to Asia, there will be just about nobody working in this country soon. Oh well.

One of my closest friend before 2000 was an ex-hippie with a masters degree in history. His behavior was exactly like your friend's. It reminded me of the pod people. How does that happen? He couldn't let it go and kept preaching to me, I haven't spoken to him since. He was one of those "hate the sin, love the sinner" idiots who refuse to take responsibility for their leader or his actions. These people are advocating policies that directly harm people but "nothing personal".
I suppose it's for our "own good" too.

A BLUE WHALE'S!!!

But seriously, Bush being there is disgusting, and an insult to the Pope. Hope God strikes Shub-boy and Cheney down or the Italians riot.

59. My prediction
He will try to take a Communion wafer and then ask if there's any Cheez Whiz to go with it. Then he'll make a comment about how everything is great when it sitz on a Ritz, and do the "heh-heh-heh" laugh.

Don't get me started about the wine...

61. He will make an ass out of himself
because in his arrogance, he thinks it is all about him. He will take advantage in some way, to get center stage, to prove to the world, that he is the great dictator of the richest contry in the world. As for his lumply appendage, Laura, she will put on her real "sad" face, instead of the joker smile.

Maybe he'd show up in a Member's Only jacket or a football jersey.

66. He will make so many horribly smirking faces at the Italians
because they protested his stinking war that they will think he is possessed by Mussolini and unanimously beg the Vatican to give him an exorcism.

Twins will get confused and kiss Mel Gibson's ring.

I don't think he should go. He needs to stay home and take care of himself.

boy often, but I promise, the next chance I get I'll help some little old person across the street if you'll just give me one more little thing :
Please let Fidel Castro attend the funeral and if you're feeling really generous, please, let him be seated next to Bush.
