I have HAD IT with these stupid people. "It's a killing - it's murder!" NO, IT IS NOT!!!! If you loaded her up with morphine or strangled her or shot her in the head, THAT would be ACTIVE and a killing. Withdrawal of medical treatment (and yes, nutrition/hydration are medical treatments) is a PASSIVE ACT and thus not homicide. Where the hell did some of these "lawyers" like Santorum get their law degrees, in a box of Cracker Jacks???

The part of Terri's brain that gave her a consciousness and a soul died over a decade ago. She was no longer alive because "she" didn't exist, only her brain stem functions. Once the feeding tube was removed, her body's battery literally ran down.
