Faux: 46%-44%
ABC: 38%-61%

2. You'll have to see the internals

Slight wording differences can make a pretty big swing. Do they mention the amount of money? Do they say that smirky asked for it? Do they say what it's going for? How specific are they? Do they ask likely voters or the public at large? How do they determine who to call? There are other things that might explain the differences but that's all I can think of at the moment.

These findings don't show support for the spending anyway, because the margin of error would make these numbers equivalent.
