Jeb Does Have The Power To Act Right?
He can act right? I am under the impression that this would be disobeying a court's order and it might risk him his job?

He talks all this BS but then he can't "save lives." This is awful and hilarious at the same time. Lol

But back to my question...

2. Doesn't he act right all the time? (right as in "not left")...
Yeah, I know it's a stupid comment but for lack of a comma I was temporarily bamfoozled. :D

But seriously, I haven't heard or learned of anything he can really do beyond what he's already tried. Of course there are any number of wingnut ambulance chasers scouring the lawbooks for any loophole.

3. With 82%against him, I do not believe he will follow thru even though
it appears the state agents of Florida were heading over to the hospice to get Terri out of there and the local police stopped them from doing so, it is all getting very, very ugly.

4. Then you'd have cops against cops
Sort of what Mike Malloy was talking about last night.

10. Yeah, classic civil war scenario.
One group of cops or soldiers against another group of cops or soldiers. Everyone is "authorized", but only one side with legitimacy. It just goes down hill from there...

9. Well, he CAN act. people break the law all the time...you just hope it's
not the governor of a state doing it. Shows just how twisted things have become...when Jebbie is seen as a voice of "reason and moderation."

11. Yes he could act
He could call up the national gaurd and forcibly remover her. Unless counteracted by his brother, they would have to obey him.

That being said, it would send Flordia into a constitutional crisis the likes of which hasn't been seen since the civil rights era -- or reconstruction.

12. I'd love to see it.
I'd pop myself a double batch of Orville Reddenbacker's finest and cheer as they hauled ole Jebster off to the poky.

13. Problem is . . . .
The only person who could order such a thing would be . . .

HIS STUPID BIG BROTHER! FAT CHANCE!!

Unless some Florida district attorney had the guts to bring charges against Jeb, which is possible, I guess.

B-)
