Belgian children, drums for peace, beautiful picture as well.
This moved me so much, because I seriously doubt you would see this in schools here. Can you imagine a US teacher "organizing" a peace demonstration?

From my Brussels friend:

"34000 children have participated to the demonstration " drums for peace " (organised by schoolteachers)

drums with sometimes only plastic bottles ..."

1. Wonderful photo!
I wish I lived in a place where it was safe to take my children to a demonstration. I'm terrified that the police will wig out and pepper-spray them.

2. He is having trouble believing me about the changes in our country.
He keeps thinking we will all be ok. I can tell their news is better than ours, but not by much. They all let Bush spin, and Condi as well. I told him not to fall for the sweet words.
