Why is more litigation the answer in the Shiavo case?
These are the same repukes who want to limit litigation against corporations and cut down appeals for death row inmates. If 19 judges say she should be allowed to die, then isn't that enough? If 19 judges had reviewed a capital case, they would be having a fit if someone was wanting #20. They are acting like this is the first anyone has ever looked at this issue, but judges have been reviewing it for 15 years!

1. it is all about pandering to the Right base. The Pepugs needed an
opportunity and along came Terri S.!!

The Repugs have been passing legislation that pays back corporations last few months with nothing for the Christian Right. Now they tossed them a big morsal and people like Dobson are smiling big.

4. its not, but the gop loves to politicize anything it can
and they think will help them win Bill Nelson's seat in FL

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Schiavo/story?id=595905&page=2
ABC News obtained talking points circulated among Senate Republicans explaining why they should vote to intervene in the Schiavo case. Among them, that it is an important moral issue and the "pro-life base will be excited," and that it is a "great political issue — this is a tough issue for Democrats."

6. Must mean we need to ban trial lawyers, make sure that gays don't
marry and criticize the liberal media for not presenting things fair and balanced like FAUX.

Hell I don't know, the answers to the questions keep swirling like the water in the toilet as it flushes - most days it seems that what they say is a reason for one thing in the morning contradicts what they say in the afternoon, which is still different from the issue of the evening - then very, very late at night there's a retraction, a "restatement because someone mis-spoke" or just a bad news dump while the sheep are still distracted on the other issues.

Gay marriage will destroy America - husbands have complete control over their wives -

unless they are making decisions about medical care and other issues of personal responsibility, then the "we want less government" party steps in to make those decisions because they didn't like what the sactified husband decided -

and even though they blame trial lawyers for every delay and expense increase under the sun - lets litigate this some more, as you say 19 other judges aren't fit to decide (if the Fed judge puts the tube back, then they'll Hosannah it to death, if not expect to hear "activist judges")

God's will must be with the Rethugs - it couldn't possibly be with the husband...

Let's cut Medicaid & deny universal Healthcare - but pass a law to keep one person supported by same gov't funds

Let's forget passing earlier laws to allow the hospital to pull the plug over the family wishes when the family ran out of money

Lets forget just passing a law to limit malpractice cases - the same money award that's been paying for her care.

Lets forget just passing a Credit Card Company Enrichment & Entitlement Program (CREEP) on behalf of our highest bidders um campaign donors um loyal constituents that would forbid families such as these from getting financial relief, instead of selling them off to slavery.

---------------------------------------------------------

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!

No wonder the sheeple bury their heads and do whatever OxyRush tells them - it's HARD WORK just keeping up with all this bullshit, taking the ostrich way would be so much easier, the brain just wants to sleep.....
