4. I'm going to do it tonight after hubby gets home.
I have a couple of serious health issues, and God help me if I become a grandstand for ANY radical issue.

May theat poor woman rest in peace, and soon.

5. Now that I'm 53 and this has happened, I might just do that
I wouldn't have thought of it when I was 26, which is how old Mrs. Schiavo was when she had her accident.

2. The shit's just starting to hit the fan. Everybody and their mother is
weighing in on this one. Someone even said (on NPR tonight) that it will take 'two weeks' for her to starve to death so there are still actions that the people who want the feeding tube left in place to take and time to do it.

Frigging Tom DeLay, a guy who'd gas a room full of handicapped children if it would make him a nickel, is calling it 'murder'.

9. The real question is...
how long will the media keep this story going? I think that Las Vegas should have a venue for placing bets on how long a story will last in the media. I mean hell, they bet on presidential races, why not news stories?
