In DC? Make your voice heard today
Tom DeLay and the Republicans are holding an outdoor rally in DC today to try to drum up support for President Bush's risky and unpopular plan to privatize Social Security. If you are in the DC area and can spare 20 minutes to come down to Capitol Hill, make your voice heard by joining a counter rally thrown by Americans United to Protect Social Security.

Here are the details:

Where: 1st and Independence SE (one block north of Capitol South Metro)

When: 1:45 p.m. today

There will be a short march outside the Republican event. Come and make your voice heard!
