If Clark Announces, Can He Participate in Debates?
Hypothetically, if Clark announces his candidacy on 9/19 or an earlier date, are there rules preventing his participation in the remaining Presidential Primary debates, is he too late? If not, is there a reason why Clark would not want to participate?

My understanding is that the following debates remain:
New York City 9/25 (CNBC/Wall Street Journal - broadcast on CNBC and MSNBC); Phoenix 10/12 (Arizona Democratic Party - broadcast on CNN); and Detroit 10/26 (Congressional Black Caucus - broadcast to be determined).

1. There's not one reason why he could not participate
He'll be just another candidate.

4. Someone in the AZ Democratic Party?
wish I knew someone... http://www.azdem.org/ has some information. Perhaps you could call the party offices for ticket information?

5. I've been meaning to drop by there for a while anyway to volunteer, so
I might as well make it a two-fer. It's just so damn far from where I live and work :/

6. of course he could
BUT he does need to announce first. He can't go to the debate and tell the audience that he'll have a decision in a couple of weeks.
