They had an "animation" showing a kind of rudimentary "maze" with barriers staggered across the road, like this

The way it was portrayed, it would have impossible for a vehicle to make
the zig-zag turn at anything more than 2 or 3 KPH yet they were claiming the car was approaching at high speed. Apparently this was shown as evidence of a 'checkpoint', yet most of what I'm reading is that the incident didn't happen AT a checkpoint. This whole thing reeks.
