1. Like when Nightline's Ted Koppel just read the names
why was that considered political. Why doesn't anyone want to hear the names and understand the cost.

it's like aiming a cross at a vampire..

6. 1500 Dead .....
1500 Dead .....

1500 Americans are now dead for a lie,
In a house somewhere....... a mother will
get up to make the coffee and break down and cry.

A father will go by the swings that not too long ago
held his child .... who laughed and said,
"Push me higher daddy ..... do we have to go?"

His footsteps will be heavy and almost leaden,
he will feel very old and wonder if their is a heaven.

In a backyard a young boy will wish to play catch,
but with no dad around .....
he will think that his heart is burning, as if lit by a match.

A women will glance at a picture of her "sis,'"
Damn she thinks ......
My buddy, my tell all friend, Oh God! Her I will miss.

She thinks that they were supposed to be together for a really long time
and sobs ......
she thinks that bush has robbed her of her sister ......
and that is no little crime

On Fox news, the paid whores will keep talking their crap,
"Freedom is on the march & The President knows
where those terrorists are at."

But the pain is not in this country alone,
In Iraq the accidental death of child
because of the war .......
has killed all the joy in many a home.

Bush, Cheney, Rummy, Wolfie, and Rice ......
can you not admit a mistake?
Or are you even bothered by the terrible price?

To Kristol and the rest of his PNAC gang
After WW II the "minds behind Hitler,"
were given a trial and sent to jail or to hang.

Please Dear God, I see no good end to this fight ....
bin Laden is free and that is not right.

I hope that this war's victims family and friends
will find peace and understanding in the end.

2. They don't want to face the reality of what they've done. They just want
to think about the glory of liberty. Thinking of the glory of war is fine when you aren't the one out there seeing how war really is.

3. They don't care, and they don't want to care
Because, if they did, it wouldn't be as easy to blindly support Bush.

4. The schools are open!
...And no "velvet Osamas" hang in rape rooms anymore.

Unfortunately, the purple ink has faded all too quickly from the fingers of democracy to justify the 1500 lives spent on the folly of an administration.

I can understand how some people do not want attention drawn to this fact. I wouldn't either if I supported the effort with my vote.

Expect more drastic measures from these "patriots" as the situation worsens.

5. That person would really freak out
if they saw the pictures and videos of actual US soldiers getting blown to bits. That's the reality they don't want to face. If you confront them with it, they blame you because they don't want to have to see the realities of war. And this war isn't for our freedom like they claim. They are clearly against freedom when they don't want the truth to be out there.

7. They want our sons and daughters to die in their wars. But
they don't want to think about them. Repukes want to see them as faceless, impersonal cannon fodder. That way, they don't have to admit the high cost of illegal wars. Since when has naming the dead been considered anti-American?

Stand by, the Fatherland's "National Service" requirement for all 18 year olds will be coming to a Congress near you. With built in loop holes for VIPs and the rich, all our children can work, and die, for the neocons for free.

8. i'm supporting the draft - for these two reasons:
A: the bushbots and bush-youth will turn on this administration so fast, that bush might actually get thrown out of the white house by a popular uprising - you can't expect the South's meth smoking trailer trash, and their cousins, the pre-rich SUV driving yuppie fuckers to commit to anything other than a patriotic bumpersticker regarding this war - as long as someone else is fighting it, they'll support it. the politician that asks them to risk their ass better be careful.

B: the turn on, tune in, drop out 18-30 crowd will register to vote, and we can start taking this country back.

10. Yeah, well everyone said playing with SS was political death.
But look, b*sh is still pushing it and I'll bet you he gets it "fixed" for all his good buddies on wall street.

Everyone said b*sh would not get elected in 2004(Can't say reelected cause the majority didn't vote for him the first time.) It seems that when it comes to b*sh he gets what he wants, when he wants it, by hook or by crook.

9. Ever notice on Yahoo news.............
whenever there is a story about troop casualties or even Iraqi civilian deaths, the rating numbers are ALWAYS low? The freeps flock en masse to those and try to skew the results so to make it look like people don't care. What these assholes can't figure out is that more votes for a story, even negative votes, keep the story bumped.

So, vote away freeps, you're helping to keep the stories alive! Dumb asses.
