Poll question: Which Non-Candidate would you most like to draft.
I like all the candidates we have, and I think they've gotten a bum rap. Those who disagree, Who would you like to see drafted?

3. Gore, and then Clark.
I'd like to get a good look at Clark.

Gore should have run again. The ticket should have been Gore/Edwards.

11. I don't want to draft anyone. If someone doesn't want to run, why

should we attempt to force them to run?

Al Gore was elected president in 2000 and I'm still angry that the SCOTUS overruled that election to install their boy George. I'll never "get over it" because it was wrong.

But Al Gore chose to "move on" and has chosen not to run in 2004 to gain what is rightfully his. He announced his decision more than six months ago. It's time, I think, to stop dreaming of a Gore presidency, at least in regard to the 2004 election.

14. I didn't pick Gore because he said he is not interested
and there is no point in drafting a General Sherman, Gore will not run.

I like what I have seen about Wesley Clark so far, but he has held no elective office before, and he may be better suited as Rumsfeld's replacement in a Democratic Administration.

I voted for Hillary just because it will give Rush a heart attack if Hillary got drafted.

15. I voted for Clark because Gore just won't do it...
I also think at this point, Clark may be a stronger candidate than my beloved Al Gore. Clark would be less polarizing. That seems to be his strategy in not declaring party affiliation.

17. I have to say none of the above
Trying to get support for drafting Al Gore, while noble, seems to tell the other side (sides) that the demo party is unhappy with its choices. That seems to show weakness.

they don't want it enough to fight for it.
